1 - How do I place an order?

2 - How do I place and online order?

When you have completed your shopping, click the "Check-Out" or "Buy Now" buttons and place your order. During your check-out, you will be asked to provide:

- Your shipping address

- Payment Information

3 - Can I change my order during check-out?

Yes. You can change your order at any time prior to clicking on SUBMIT ORDER. Your order is placed and your credit card will be charged once you click on SUBMIT ORDER.

4 - How do I know that my order has been received?

Once you click on SUBMIT ORDER, we will provide you with an order confirmation e-mail.

5 - Is it safe to use my credit card on your web site?

Natural Beauty uses the most economical method of shipping in order to keep the costs low for our customers. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days.

9 - When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within one business day of placing an order.

10 - When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow up to 5 business days from the day you have placed your order. Our Customer Care Department is available to assist you in tracking your order.

11 - If I return a product how long will it take to get a credit?

Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles from the day you return the package for your amount to be credited.

12 - What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

13 - How do I request a refund?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Natural Beauty products, simply call Customer Service at 1-877-NA-BEAUTY and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you in returning your item.
